 Haiiii.. Kembali lagi bersama aku, setelah 3 tahun tidak lagi berbagi informasi. Jadi, jauh sebelum aku melamar di Pegadaian saat ini, aku telah bekerja sebagai teller bank Mandiri selama 3 tahun, dengan jalur Kriya Mandiri. Memang gak ada jenjang karir ya, di Mandiri? Ada! Yang jelas kalian harus memiliki setidaknya ijazah D3. Nah, karena ijazah yang aku pakai adalah SMA, maka maksimal aku bisa bekerja di sana adalah 3 tahun. Oke, langsung pada topik yang akan aku bagikan. Apa sih syarat-syarat utama sebagai kasir PT Pegadaian? Yang paling utama adalah usia 20-30 tahun, ijazah minimal SMA, dan diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai kasir atau teller selama satu tahun. Di mana kita bisa melamar? Ketika lagi ada lowongan, pasti kita akan diarahkan ke link apply.workable.com/pegadaian. Di situ kalian bakal diminta mengisi data-data yang dibutuhkan. H alo.. This is my second post on my blog and well it's been awhile since i wrote my first post. Di posting kali ini, saya ingin membagikan pengalaman proses seleksi Kriya Mandiri Region 8 (Jawa 3) Jawa Timur. Saya akan mencoba menjelaskan sedetail mungkin agar kalian tidak terlalu bingung bagaimana sebenarnya proses seleksi untuk Kriya Mandiri itu. Mengapa saya mengatakan "Kriya Mandiri Region 8 Jawa Timur"? Karena saya merupakan peserta Kriya Mandiri di Region 8 (Jawa 3) Jawa Timur, tepatnya di area Gresik. Dan di posting ini juga, saya lebih menekankan pada kalian calon Kriya Mandiri yang melamar di Region 8 (Jawa 3) Jawa Timur. Mengapa saya lebih menekankan pada Region 8? Karena ada kemungkinan bahwa proses seleksi yang dilalui berbeda dengan Region lainnya. Meskipun perbedaan yang ada mungkin hanya hal-hal kecil.
